During Summer '16, I had the opportunity to intern at Virtual Hold Technology, a tech software company revolving around callback systems. During this internship, I was able to work directly with an experienced UX designer, project managers and software developers to create increase the user-friendliness of web interfaces for two of the company projects. We used user-testing to get feedback on how to improve the designs and created style sheets to layout the company brand for all to use.
Conversation Bridge cloud is a cloud-based service that enables a company to quickly and easily add a “Call Me” option (or callback widget) on their website. Shown below are screenshots from the program we designed for a company to set up and manage their widgets.
Navigator is a program that tracks a customer who contacts a company, understanding who they are and what they are trying to do. This allows for a customer to not be required to re-explain their reason for contact when transferred.
