At JOANN, I enhanced the user experience on the website and mobile app by aligning design with campaign goals. I created product landing page wireframes in Axure and Figma, and focused on content execution for the homepage, ensuring accuracy in imagery, promotions, and links. I supported a full website migration and QA testing for optimal functionality. I quickly adapted to new tools like Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Builder.io for content management, as well as Content Square, Quantum, and Google Analytics for performance analysis. Additionally, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize design, improve engagement, and provide insights for future campaigns.
The holiday season is crucial for retailers, and at Joann Stores, we optimized the user journey for an exciting shopping experience. For Black Friday and Cyber Monday, our team created a seamless path from homepage to checkout. I handled the sale event landing pages, from wireframing and setup to post-event analysis. Working with the creative team, we drove customer interest and conversions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.

When I joined the team, JOANN did not have their Clearance experience optimized. I wireframed and executed a product page to help the customer navigate their way through the abundance of clearance selection Joann had to offer.
